Tina Page- Manager, SENco, Room Leader "I attended a TDET secondary school and secured a placement in the nursery. I have 10 years of experience in early years. I hold a Level 3 Early Years Educator and a BA (hons) in Childhood Studies. My passion is supporting the children to prepare for their next milestones and transitions in life."

Holly Smith- Assistant Manager, Room Leader "I have worked for TDET nurseries for 12 years, where my carer in Early Years started as an apprentice. I now hold a Level 3 as an Early Years Educator and a First Class BA (hons) degree in Childhood Studies. My main passion in Early Years is creating a safe and caring learning environment where the families feel safe leaving their children in my care and building strong bonds with both the children and their families". 

Elaine Lilley- Early Years Educator "I have been working in childcare for 18 years, I hold a level 3 in Children's Care, Learning and Development. I have two of my own children who are all grown up. I love to be creative, helping and supporting each child through their pre-school journey"

Jemma Dedynski- Early Years Educator "I have worked in Early Years for 24 years. I have 4 of my own children and 2 step children. I have worked for TDET for 3 years. My aim is to ensure all parents know that their children are cared for like the children are our own through nurturing practitioners".

Beki Mckenzie- Early Years Educator "I have worked in Early Years for over 10 years, creating fun and engaging activities for the children to take part in and seeing their faces light up. I have a passion for watching and helping the children develop and grow. I hold a Level 3 in Children's Care Learning and Development."

Emma Dickinson-Crane- Early Years Educator "I have been with TDET for nearly 4 years. I have a passion for helping children grow and develop into their own unique selves. I began working in Early Years at the age of 16 and continue to enjoy my journey with each and every child. I hold a Level 3 in Children's Care Learning and Development."

Helen Brady- Early Years Educator "I have 44 years experience in Early Years. Alongside having 4 children of my own. I have worked for TDET for 12 years. My passion is supporting the 2 year olds, I have lots of experience doing 2-year-old progress checks. I hold a Level 3 in Early Learning and Childcare."
